Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable working in a retail environment.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Keep reports of transactions

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math
- Experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to stock shelves, upsell products, and handle technical sales

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
